1 large onion chopped
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
Mix:
1 egg
1 cup cottage cheese
1 can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
salt
pepper to taste

6 zucchini's sliced thin
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook zucchini's until tender. Add meat mixture to rice mixture.. Layer zucchini, cheese and meat mixture.End with zucchini and top with shredded cheese. Cook at 350º for 30-40 minutes
