Ingredients:  
• 2 C flour
• 2 sticks margarine, melted
• ½ C chopped walnuts
• 8oz package cream cheese
• 1 C confectioners sugar
• 1 C cool whip
• 2 packages instant lemon pudding
• 3 C cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, melted margarine & walnuts. Put on bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 for 20 mins, and cool thoroughly. Mix cream cheese, sugar and cool whip. Spread over crust. Let set about 1 ½ hours. Mix together lemon pudding mix and cold milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Set ½ hour. Spread remaining cool whip over mixture. Cool overnight.
