• 1/2 C butter
• 3/4 C sugar
• 1 1/4 C flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 Tbs sugar
• 1 Tbs cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and mix. In another bowl, sift together flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar. Add to egg mixture and mix. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Mix sugar and cinnamon onto a plate. Roll dough into walnut size balls and roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
