12-16 ounces frozen chopped onions
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Fritos






Directions:
Directions:
Thaw onions. Roll them in paper towels, squeezing excess moisture. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Stir together onions, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Fritos.

This was one of the appetizers at Kirk and Pat's cabin at the reunion in Delhi this past summer. Everyone enjoyed it, and it's one of our favorites in Greenville, so we'll share the recipe with everyone!!
