5 lb. bag potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
small onion
1/2 lb bacon , fried and chopped
1 egg
1 stick margarine
5 T bacon grease
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
peel, boil , and mash 5 pounds potatoes, in a laarge bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, bacon, egg, onion, margarine and bacon grease. pour over mashed potatoes and mix well. por into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. top with cheesde and bake until cheese melts
