1 lb. fresh asparagus.
3 Tblsp veg. oil.
1 Tbsp lemon juice.
1/2 tsp. salt.
1/4 tsp. peper
1 hard cooked egg, chopped.
1 Tbsp chopped parsley.

Directions:
Directions:
Remove tough ends from asparagus stalks and rinse. Cut tips off of spears and then slice stalks diagonally into 1 in. pieces. Preheat oil in wok or skillet. Add sliced stalks and stir fry 4-5 min or just until crisp-tender. Add asparagus tips and stir fry an additional 2-3 min. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper, and stir to combine. Garnish with chopped egg and parsley.
