8 cups popped corn (no butter or salt added- a air popper works well)
1 cup walnuts, toasted in oven at 350º for 5 minutes
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
pinch of baking soda
1 cup dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 300º. Grease large rimmed baking sheet. Mix popcorn and nuts in a large bowl that has been well oiled.
In a small saucepan, bring syrup, cinnamon, and salt to a boil over medium heat. Let mixture boil for 4 minutes, stirring a few times while cooking. Turn off heat and add baking soda then stir until mixture is creamy. Pour mixture over popcorn and nuts and stir well. Spread on the baking sheet and bake until mixture is dry to the touch- about 15 minutes. Let popcorn mixture cool for about 20 minutes, then mix in the cranberries and serve.
