1 envelope Lipton Onion Recipe Soup mix
2 lbs potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 c. olive oil
Directions:
Directions:
In a large plastic bag, add all ingredients.
Close bag and shake until all potatoes are covered.
Empty potatoes into shallow baking or roasting pan.
Bake at 450º for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with parsley.
