1 1/2 lbs small red potatoes cut in half
3 T butter of margarine, softened
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 (4oz) pkg crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1/2 t salt
dash of pepper
2 cloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes and garlic in a 3 quart saucepan, add enough water to cover. Cover and heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, then drain.

Add butter, buttermilk, cheese, salt and pepper to potatoes. Lightly mash with fork or back of spoon keeping some larger pieces of potato.
