5 potatoes
1/2 c sour cream
1/4-1/2 stick margarine
milk for right consistency
onions to taste
cheddar chesse
bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the 5 potatoes in the microwave, slice in half and scoop the potato out of the skins. Put the whites of the potato in a mixer add sour cream, margarine, milk to proper consistency and onion to taste. Mix all this together really well.
Put the stuffing back into the potato skins, top with bits of bacon and the grated cheddar cheese. Bake in the microwave until hot.
Can be made in advance and kept in the refrigerator until you need them.
