2 tbsp. butter or margarine (softened)
1/4 cup chopped green onions
soy sauce
1/2 small lemon
salt and pepper
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking dish with foil and spray lightly with Pam. Place fillets in foil lined baking dish. Lightly salt and pepper fillets and top with little dollops of butter. Sprinkle with garlic. Drizzle Worcestershire (if using) and soy sauce on fillets (don’t overdue). Top with chopped green onions. Bake fillets for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Baking time will increase with larger pieces of fish. Squeeze with fresh lemon juice if desired. After baking, run under broiler for one minute. (This is also good made with white perch, orange roughy, or catfish.)
