Ingredients:
Ingredients:
* 15 eggs
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
2 1/2 tbsp. dill pickle relish
1/2 (+) tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 (+) tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 15 eggs for 13 minutes after boiling begins. Peel eggs and rinse well. Cut eggs in half, lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks onto a plate, several at a time. Mash yolks thoroughly with fork until no lumps remain. Transfer to bowl. Before adding remaining ingredients, know that the measurements may vary a little. Do not add all of any ingredient at one time. Look for the correct consistency with the Miracle Whip and taste for seasonings. You may need a little more or a little less of any of these. Generously and gently fill egg whites with mixture. You will have several egg white halves left over, probably 4 or 5.
* In order to prepare approximately 24 halves (1 dozen eggs), you will need about 15 eggs, because it always takes more yolk than what a dozen will give you. Just adjust measurements for more or less eggs.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Because of Mama Polly, this is my signature dish…deviled eggs!! However, Mama Polly called them Stuffed Eggs, because "Devil" is a bad word! Years ago, she taught me how to make these, and I am always asked to bring them to family functions. For some reason I am the only one that makes them like Mama Polly. Sugar was her secret ingredient, and make sure that you do not substitute any other mayonnaise for the Miracle Whip! These are Molly Kate and my cousin, Robert’s, favorite!
