Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 large clove of garlic
1 16 oz bag frozen Bell Pepper, onion mix or 2 small peppers chopped your choice on color & 1 sweet onion chopped
2 16 oz cans of tomato sauce
1 pkg of taco seasoning
1 16 oz package ricotta or cottage cheese
1 egg lightly beaten
12 cooked lasagna noodles ( or my fav no cook lasagna noodles

Directions:

In a large skillet brown meet w/ garlic, drain fat, stir in bell peppers, onions, tomato sauce, taco seasoning.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer 3 min.
Preheat oven 350
In med bowl combine ricotta cheese, 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, & egg.

In 9x13 dish spoon sauce mix into bottom of dish place 3 noodles, place 1/3 cheese mix, 1/3 sauce, repeat 2 more times top with final noodles on top put last of sauce on top & top with the rest of shredded cheese.
Cover dish bake for 30 min, remove foil & bake final 15 min uncovered
