1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp flour
3 c sliced fresh strawberries
3 c sliced rhubarb
1 ½ c all purpose flour
1 c packed brown sugar
1 c butter
1 c rolled oats

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375. In a large bowl mix sugar, 3 Tbsp flour, strawberries and rhubarb. Place strawberry mixture in 9x13 baking dish. Mix 1 ½ c flour, brown sugar, butter and oats until crumbly. You can use a pastry blender or I use a large fork. Place crumble mixture on top of strawberries. Bake uncovered for 45 min or until crisp and lightly browned.

*I use whatever berries I have or that is on sale, we love this with some ice cream on top while it’s still hot!
