¼ c seasoned bread crumbs
¼ c Parmesan cheese, grated
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp rosemary
¼ tsp basil
¼ tsp pepper
4 chicken breasts (3oz each)
½ c buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken in buttermilk and roll in bread crumb/herb mixture. Place chicken in pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake covered at 350º for 25 min. Remove cover and bake 20 min more until done.

May use chicken tenders, but double the crumb mixture and be careful to not overcook.
