2 & 1/2 lbs ground chuck
1 egg
1 package dry onion soup mix
1/3 c dried bread crumbs
28 oz tangy catsup
10-12 oz jar currant jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground chuck, egg, soup mix and bread crumbs in a large bowl. Mix and make into cocktail size meatballs. Brown in butter or pan sprayed with Pam, put on paper towel to drain off excess fat.

Sauce is the catsup and jelly. Warm these two ingredients in a crock pot and then add the meatballs. You can freeze the meatballs and just thaw before adding them to the sauce when you are ready to use them.
