1 cup butter
1 cup honey
1/2 cup sugar

4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. nutmeg or allspice
2 tsp. cardamon
Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, honey and sugar; melt together and cool.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Roll and cut into shapes as desired.
Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
