3 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa

1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup cooking oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 cups cold water
Directions:
Directions:
In a 9"X13" ungreased cake pan, mix together dry ingredients. Make 3 wholes in mixture; in each hole put the vanilla, oil, and vinegar. Pour 2 cups cold water over top and stir well.
Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
