9 lasagna noodles

Meat:
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp basil
1 tsp salt
1 garlic clove pressed
1 big can tomatoes Contadina
2-6 oz. cans tomato paste Contadina ( use 1 1/2 cans)
1 tsp sugar
little water

Cheese:
3 cups cottage cheese small curd
1/2 cup romano or parmesean cheese
2 Tablespoons parsley flakes
2 eggs
1/2 tsp pepper
1/3 pound mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles

brown and drain ground beef

for 30 minutes simmer the meat portion of the recipe

in a large bowl mix the cheese portion together

Layer: noodles-meat-noodles-cheese-noodles-meat and cheese

Bake at 375º. Cover with tin foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil the last 15 minutes.
