1 Stick of margarine (melted)
3 Eggs
1 Box of Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
1 med. onion (chopped)
1&1/2 cups of squash (chopped)
1&1/2 cups cheese (shredded)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Cook in 365º oven for 45 mins.
