3/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. Brown sugar
1 tbsp. Chili sauce
1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
8 Center cut pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
In a large resealable bag mix together the soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, chili sauce, and garlic powder. Place the pork chops in the bag and seal. Marinate for 6 to 12 hours in the refrigerator. Turn the bag over about halfway through.

Preheat outdoor grill for high heat. Arrange chops on the lightly oiled grate and cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Internal temp must reach 160ºF.

The marinade is prepared in minutes. The meat can marinate in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. For a quick and easy dinner, prepare the marinade in the morning before work, then throw them on the grill when you get home.
