2 cups flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup soft margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups applesauce
1 cup raisins or chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Stir dry ingredients together and mix in until just combined. Stirring with spoon, add applesauce and raisin/chocolate chips. Pour into lightly greased pan.
Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
