4 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup key lime juice
½ cup sugar
4 egg whites
½ tsp cream of tartar
9” baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until very light. Beat in milk. Fold in lime juice. Pour into baked pie shell. Beat egg whites with sugar and cream of tartar. Spread over filling and bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 mins
