1/4 Cup Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt


Nut Topping
1/2 Cup Walnuts
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter (alone) Then add sugar and mix 1 minute. Add eggs. Beat another minute.
Add sour cream.
Sift dry ingredients and add to the mixture.. Mix well. Add vanilla.
Pour 1/2 of mixture into a greased tube pan then sprinkle over the top 1/2 of the nut mixture. Pour remaining mixture into pan and remaining nut topping over batter. Bake in 350º-375ºoven for 45 minutes.
