2 c. flour
3 tsp. poppy seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, poppy seeds, salt and baking soda. Cream together sugar and butter. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in yogurt and almond extract until blended. Stir in flour mixture until moistened. Spoon batter into lined muffin tins. Fill tins 3/4 full and bake at 400º for 15-20 minutes.
