2 noodle cakes
1 lb. of chicken filet
1 lb. of spinach
1/3 spring onion
2 1/2 cups of stock
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tbsp. water
1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Scald the chicken until cooked and tear into shreds. Cut spinach into 2 in. lengths, scald it, and drain. Chop onion.
Put seasonings and onion in a bowl and pour boiling stock in.
Put the noodles into boiling water, scald them until cooked, cool them in cold water, drain, put them in bowl with the stock, and put shredded chicken and spinach on top.
