1 (1lb.) box graham crackers
2 small instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip


Icing:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Butter bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Line with graham crackers. Mix pudding with milk. Beat at medium speed for two minutes. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour half the mixture over graham crackers, then place second layer of graham crackers over pudding. Pour in remaining pudding mixture and cover with another layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Icing: Mix sugar, cocoa and evaporated milk. Boil one minute and add butter and vanilla. Let cool and pour over cake. Refrigerate overnight.
