3/4 C. Butter 1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/3 C. finely chopped Mushrooms 1/3 Tsp. Pepper
1/2 C. Minced Ham Dash of Cayenne Pepper
1/3 C. finely chopped Shallots 3/4 C. Beef Stock (or 4 beef
1/2 C. finely chopped Onion bullion cubes)
2 Tbsp. Garlic, minced 2 Boneless, skinless
2 Tbsp. Flour Chicken Breasts
1/2 C. Red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken in seasoned flour and brown with butter in skillet until golden brown. Place chicken in casserole dish and set aside. If using beef bullion cubes, dissolve in a cup of hot water to make the broth. Set aside. In a 9" skillet, melt butter. Saute the mushrooms, ham, shallots, onion and garlic. When the onions are golden brown, add the flour, salt, pepper and cayenne. Brown well about 7-10 minutes. Blend in the broth and the red wine and simmer over low heat for about 35-45 minutes. Cover chicken with Marchand De Vin sauce and bake on 350º for 20-25 minutes.
