1 c chopped onion
2 T fat
1 lb ground beef
3 c noodles
3 c tomato juice
1 t salt
2 t worchestershire sauce
1 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in fat until tender, add meat and brown slightly. Layer noodles over meat. Combine remaining ingredients except sour cream and pour over noodles. Cover and simmer until noodles are tender (about 30 minutes). Stir in sour cream right before serving.

Mary Weisenhorn says she, Paul, and Pete used to make this for dinner when Barb and Milt went out for the night, except they would put in TWO cups of sour cream.

Jody and Amy Weisenhorn remember having this for dinner whenever Paul and Nancy went out for the night. Nancy or Paul would prepare the dinner ahead so all the babysitter had to do was add the sour cream.
