4 oz. Butter
1 Large onion
2 tsp. Garlic power
1 T. Paprika
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Cloves
2 lbs. Hamburg
1 T. Chili Powder
10 oz. Can tomato sauce
1 Quart Chicken or beef broth
4 T. Corn starch

Directions:
In large frying pan, melt butter. Add onion, paprika, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and cloves. Cook til browned. Add hamburg, and chili powder; cook til done. Add tomato sauce and 1 broth; cover and cook for 1 hour. Spoon off grease and then add corn starch.

Supposedly this recipe came from the Texas Hot in Wellsville, NY. I make it a lot, especially for large get togethers.
