8 Slices bacon
3 T. Flour
1 Small onion
2/3 C. Vinegar
2/3 C. Water
1/3 C. Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black pepper
1/2 tsp. Celery seed
2 Quarts cooked potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from pan; drain bacon on paper towels. Add flour, onion to drippings in pan. Stir in vinegar, water, sugar, salt, pepper and celery seed. Cook until medium thick stirring constantly.
Place potatoes in casserole and pour vinegar over.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
