Ingredients:  
4 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 14 oz. cans chopped, stewed tomatoes
2 14 oz. cans chicken broth (I like low sodium)
1 c. salsa
1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp. cumin, or more if desired
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
sour cream
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic in butter in a soup pot.
Add all ingredients EXCEPT cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.

Cook until chicken is completely done.

Divide cubed cheese into 6 individual bowls. Ladle soup over cheese then top with sour cream and tortilla chips.
