8 ounces cooked linguine
2 boneless cooked chicken breasts
4 green onions- finely chopped
1/2 red bell pepper- cut thin strips
2 tsp. cilantro- finely chopped
Crushed peanuts
1 cup cabbage- finely chopped
(Packaged coleslaw works well with carrot and purple cabbage)
Peanut Sauce:

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce,
1/3 cup warm water
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons Asian sesame oil
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix the last 9 ingredients together, to make the peanut sauce and blend until smooth. Set aside. In a large bowl, toss together the green onions, bell pepper, cabbage and cilantro until combined. Add the pasta and chicken (slice in small bite size pieces), mixing until evenly dispersed. Slowly pour the peanut sauce over the pasta and vegetable mixture, tossing to coat. Garnish with crushed peanuts and additional red pepper flaked if desired.
