chicken tenderloins. use the amount you need to for your family.
3 tsp. chili powder, to taste
1/3 c. salsa, or more if you like
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can niblets corn

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a plastic bag with the chili powder. Shake to coat. Place in a pan with oil that just covers the bottom of the pan. Cook until chicken is done. Add salsa, beans and corn. Heat thoroughly.

Serve with rice, cinnamon apple sauce and corn bread. The recipe can be doubled or tripled if you have a crowd. Sometimes I make it and put it in a glass dish in the oven at 170 degrees to keep it warm.
