1 can white beans (S&W, lightly seasoned)
1 1/2 cups Splenda
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups oatmeal
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
3/4 cups raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Puree the white beans and pour into large bowl. Add splenda and brown sugar and mix well. Add eggs and vanilla and mix again. Add flour and spices and mix well again. Mix in oatmeal. Stir in chocolate chips and raisins.
Bake at 350º for 12 minutes or golden brown on greased cookie sheet.
