1- 16 oz frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower (thawed)
1- 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1- 4 oz shredded swiss cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1- 4 oz jar chopped pimentos (drained)
1- 2.8 oz can durkee french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 can fried onions. Pour into a 1 quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake 5 minutes longer.
