3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine
3 1/4 c. flour (I use whole wheat)
1 package instant yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c. water
1 egg
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 T. ground cinnamon
2 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk in a small saucepan until it bubbles, then remove from heat, add in margarine and stir till melted. Cool till lukewarm.
In mixing bowl, combine 2 c. flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add in water, milk/egg mixture and beat together. Add in remaining flour, stir to mix. Turn onto onto floured surface and knead ~5 minutes. Cover dough with damp cloth and let rise 10-20min. Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll out dough into rectange. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll up dough, slice into 1-2 in. rolls and place in greased baking pan. Cover and let rise 20-30min. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes.
