2 cans black beans (rinsed)
2 cans chopped seasoned tomatoes
2 cans shoepeg corn
2 cans minestrone soup
Italian Seasoning (look in spice section)

Mix and heat all together. Season to taste with Italian Seasonings. May add sliced smoked sausage or cooked ground beef for heartier soup.

I got this recipe from a friend in my bridge group (Ginny Kiefer). It's quick, easy, and hearty. I serve it with corn muffins. For those on restricted salt diets, use low sodium ingredients.
