1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar (dark)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1-2 cups oats
12 oz chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, margarine, sugar, and brown sugar.
Beat in 1 egg at a time. Add vanilla and mix.
In another bowl blend flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to original mix and mix well.
Stir in oats and chocolate chips. Shape balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400º for 7 minutes.
