1 loaf french bread
1 pint of fresh raspberries or 1 c. frozen
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. french vanilla half 'n half
grated fresh nutmeg
1/2 c. Confectionary sugar
Vermont Maple Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut 1 1/2" thick slices of french bread; make a small slit in each slice and add 2 tsp of raspberries; beat eggs with half 'n half and grated nutmeg and dip each slice and place in a hot frying pan coated with cooking spray and gently fry until golden on each side. Remove and sprinkle with confectionary sugar and serve with warm Vermont maple syrup.
