1 pound sausage, browned
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
6 slices bread, in pieces
Sliced mushrooms
1 ½ cups cheddar or Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard.

Add bread pieces to mixture to start to soften them.

Add sausage, mushrooms and cheese and stir together.

Pour into greased 9 x 13 dish and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
