1 (16 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 tomatoes, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Drain liquid and serve with tortilla chips. Yields 3 cups.
