2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 celery rib, finely diced
2 T. fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp. capers
1 tsp. seasoned salt
4-6 croissants
lettuce greens

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts in water until done, allow to cool. Chop or shred chicken into small pieces. Combine with mayonnaise, sour cream, celery, basil, capers and seasoned salt. Mix well and chill. Cut croissants in half horizontally. Place a lettuce leaf on bottom half, then spoon chicken salad onto lettuce leaf and cover with top half of croissant. Adjust amount of mayonnaise and sour cream in the recipe to taste and desired consistency.
