2lbs Ground Beef or Turkey
1 c. Chopped Onions
1 10oz ranch dressing packet
2 10oz packets of taco seasoning mix
1 16oz can Black Beans
1 16 oz can Red Kidney Beans
1 16 oz can Pinto Beans
1 16 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 can of Rotel
2 16 oz cans of white corn (may sub with yellow corn)
1 c. sour cream
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onions. Combine all ingredients and let simmer for two hours. Garnish with sour cream, chives, and cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
