1# calf liver
7 slices bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. flour
1 c. whipping cream
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1/4 t. allspice

Directions:
Directions:
In meat grinder, grind liver and 4 slices bacon and onion. Blend in flour, cream, eggs, salt, pepper, and allspice. Line a 3-3x6 mini loaf pans with the rest of the bacon. Place loaf pans in a 9x13 pan with water and bake at 350 º until toothpick comes out clean. About 1 hour 15 mins. Let cool in pan for 15 minutes.

This is another component on our Christmas morning table. It's a recipe originally from my Grandma Nielsen, but my mom has perfected it. Pronounced 'liver past-eye'.
