6 steak sandwich slices 1/4 inch thick (from Round)
6 slices bacon
1/4 c. parsley, fresh, chopped
1/2 c. onion, pureed
yellow mustard
toothpicks
2 c. beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Pound meat slices with a mallet and tenderizer. Spread mustard and onion onto meat slice. Sprinkle with parsley and place bacon slice top. Roll up and toothpick. Bring saute pan to medium high heat with oil. Brown roll-ups on all sides. Add beef broth and simmer for 1-1/2 hours on medium to low heat. Cook until tender. Thicken gravy by removing a little broth and stirring it out with flour. (1/2 c. broth to 3-4 T. flour) Serve over mashed potatoes and spaetzle.
