2 baking potatoes
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. Ricotta cheese
1 t. garlic, minced
salt and pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. broccoli florets

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes at 400º for one hour. Slightly cool and scoop our middles of potatoes. Mix and mash potato pulp with milk. Stir in salt and pepper to taste, garlic, Ricotta and broccoli. Stuff into potato shells, sprinkle with Parmesan and rebake at 350º for 20 minutes.
