3 T. oil.'
1 lb. pork, cut in small pieces
2 cups coursely chopped onions
3 T. soy sauce.
1/2 head cabbage, finely chopped.
1 t. sugar
1T. fresh ginger, chopped.
3 bell peppers sliced..

Directions:
Directions:
Heat pan, add oil and pork. Fry until well done. Add onions and saute slightly. Add soy sauce, cabbage and give a few turns. Add sugar ginger and pepper. Add salt if necessary. Heat thoroughly and serve at once with rice or noodles. Vegetables should be crunchy. If liquid forms, thicken with 1T. cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water.
