1/2 lb lean pork, sliced fine .
3 T. soy sauce.
1 T. sherry,
1 t .cornstarch
1/2 t salt,
4 T. oil,
4 eggs, beaten
,12 dried, sliced mushrooms
3 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge meat with mixture of soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch and salt. Heat pan, add 2 T. oil, and scramble eggs. Remove eggs. Reheat pan, add 2 T oil and saute pork and mushrooms. Add water and scrambled eggs and continue to saute for a minute.
