8 flour tortillas,
1 onion (minced)
,1 Tbsp bacon fat,
6 green chilis (chopped fine), 1
can (2 cups) refried beans (w sausage),
16 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese,
16 oz red or green taco sauce,
1 avocado (chopped),
1 tomato (chopped ),
Sour cream.

Sprinkle tortillas with 2 teaspoons water. Heat in covered casserol in 350 deg oven for 13 min. Saute onions and chiles in bacon fat. Add refried beans with sausage and heat thoroughly. Place a large spoonfull of pinto bean mixture and a sprinkling of shreded cheese near the edge of each tortilla and fold the two sides over the center. Put burritos in a pan and heat thoroughly in a 350 deg. oven. Remone, pour taco sauce over each burreto and serve with a salad of shredded lettuce, tomato and avacoda topped with sour cream.
